Nicolette Mason is the Director of Portfolio Administration with Mohr Partners, contributing over nine years real estate expertise as she works in partnership with corporations to implement portfolio management procedures. During the implementation, Nicolette contributes best practices gained to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities. She evaluates client requirements; manages their transition to the selected database management software; develops customized reports; coordinates the lease administration process; and provides continuing account management services. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Nicolette held positions with Insignia/ESG, Inc./CB Richard Ellis as Lease Administrator and Portfolio Manager in the Global Corporate Services division where she transitioned new client critical information to sophisticated web-based software. Some of her responsibilities included account management; business development for new corporate clients in the southern region, continuing database management of national accounts, implementing a Dallas-based portfolio administration platform and managed client financial reporting, quality control and compliance. In her earlier career with Insignia/ESG, Inc. Nicolette perfected her insight and understanding of commercial real estate management and leasing through her responsibilities for the corporate management of a 2 million square-foot portfolio consisting of 5 nationally located shopping centers. Before joining Insignia/ESG, Nicolette gained valuable experience from both residential and corporate real estate firms in the areas of financial forecasting, public and client relations and reporting for internal and external review. Nicolette received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Louisiana Technical University. She is involved with Family Uplift, a non-profit organization that assists first time home buyers and single mothers in purchasing affordable housing. Nicolette provides Family Uplift with project management and counseling. She is actively involved in the Weimaraner and German Shorthaired Pointer Clubs of America and assists in field trials and animal rescue. |
