Nicole Wixted is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Practice Group, where she concentrates on life insurance and annuities. Nicole’s practice primarily involves the transfer of structured settlement payment rights in jurisdictions throughout the United States. Nicole represents national insurance and annuity companies in cases where factoring companies purchase structured settlement annuity payment rights and in disputes arising out of the transfer of structured settlement payments rights. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole’s practice included a variety of complex litigation matters including those involving construction defects, product liability, premises liability and insurance coverage disputes.
In General. Nicole earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law Camden in 2005. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Lee B. Laskin of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey in Camden. Nicole received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Wesley College in 2002. |
