Nicole Soto, Team Lead - Research Assistants, earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Business at the University of Northern Colorado. She holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In addition to coaching research department employees, Nicole is the project lead for some of Strategic Programs biggest clients. She also creates models for clients, and assists with consultant questions and needs and customer service needs. In Nicole s graduate work as a research coordinator, she conducted a variety of research projects with emphases in retirement, aging in the workforce, and 360 feedback. Her skills and experience translate perfectly to her work at Strategic Programs, where she is most interested in working with organizations to help them develop plans to motivate and train employees, and increase profitability.
