Ms. Miller has extensive experience with each of FIRE's departments and products. She began as FIRE's Chief Learning Officer, managing the conception, development, implementation, and maintenance of all of FIRE's online and printed content. She then served as Chief Operating Officer for two years before assuming the CEO position.
Prior to joining FIRE Solutions, Ms. Miller spent nine years as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., where she specialized in information system development projects, including interface design, program testing, and user training.
Ms. Miller holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Duke University |
