Before joining Goody®, Nicole spent several years in Hong Kong and Canada before returning to the United States to complete her education. She earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. Nicole began her career with Newell Rubbermaid as a Human Resources Intern at Calphalon, where she later held several Human Resource positions, including Manager of Employee Relations. While at Goody, Nicole leads the Human Resources team for the global Goody business. Although she joined Newell Rubbermaid in 1997, she became the Human Resources Manager Goody’s manufacturing facility and distribution center in 2005. Now, Nicole focuses her efforts on the acquisition, development and training of Goody’s world-class talent as the Human Resources Director in the corporate offices. |
