I joined Bayview over five years ago as the administrative assistant to David Quint (COO). What attracted me to Bayview was its unique position in South Florida. I had previously worked in New York for a Fortune 500 company and was used to a large fast-paced environment. Bayview was certainly fast-paced and it made the transition easy. After a year of working with David I had the opportunity to work in a then-new business, Silver Hill, helping them with their trade shows. The position eventually turned into a full time job and I became a trade event manager traveling all over the states orchestrating events for the company. What I like about Bayview is that management genuinely cares for its employees and their development. As the company has grown, I've been afforded the opportunity to grow with it. Bayview embraces change and because it's constantly growing there are a lot of opportunities to expand. I know I wouldn't have had the same opportunities elsewhere. |
