Nicole attended the University of North Texas, where she studied Business and Sociology.
Nicole began her career in property management with The John Bowles Company in 2006. She quickly demonstrated her skills and talents for retail management. Nicole excelled in tenant and vendor relations, as well as lease administration. She developed a comprehensive and in-depth program for tracking and monitoring tenant and vendor insurance certificates, as well as service contracts.
She now manages a 300,000 square foot premier retail center in Euless with on-site management. Nicole is responsible for the supervision and coordination of services and maintenance, annual budgeting and tenancy for the majority of retail centers held in the JBC portfolio. |
