Nicole W. Lobaugh is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Real Estate, and Family Law. Ms. Lobaugh is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lobaugh served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She also clerked for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, Ms. Lobaugh served as a Legal Research Fellow for the U.S.-China Economic & Security Review Commission in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lobaugh graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2003 with a B.S. in Communications. She received her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 2006 with a certificate in International, Comparative & Foreign Law. Ms. Lobaugh was a senior editor of the Penn State Environmental Law Review, a member of the Thomas Tang Moot Court Team, and is a member of the Order of Barristers. Ms. Lobaugh is a former member of The Pennsylvania State University Board of Trustees, where she served as a gubernatorial appointee from 2002-2005. She is currently a member of the Penn State Greater Allegheny Advisory Board. Ms. Lobaugh volunteers at Family House Shadyside and is a literacy tutor at the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council. Additionally, she is actively involved in fundraising efforts to aid the victims of the devastating 2007 fires in Greece. |
