Nicole R. Faux is an associate in the Firm’s Zoning and Land Use Practice Group. Before joining Klehr Harrison, Ms. Faux worked as a consultant for the City of Philadelphia Managing Director’s Office handling ADA compliance and related matters. Ms. Faux served for nine years on the Accessibility Advisory Board reviewing variance requests from the accessibility provisions of the City’s Building Code. In addition, Ms. Faux served for seven years on the City’s Zoning Technical Committee that is responsible for reviewing requests for reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act. |
