Nicole M. Crum is an associate in the Investment Management Group of our Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on investment adviser, broker-dealer and investment company issues. Ms. Crum advises on the application of U.S. securities laws to business activities in the United States and abroad, including compliance with the Investment Advisers Act, the Securities Exchange Act, the Investment Company Act and the Securities Act, the creation of U.S. broker-dealer and investment adviser subsidiaries, private placements, and offshore offerings by funds and other issuers. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester, Ms. Crum was an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP and Baker & McKenzie LLP.
