Nicole Laccetti Rives serves as counsel to the Corporate Department in our Boston office. Her practice consists primarily of representing institutional lenders in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including representing major insurance companies in connection with their acquisition of privately placed debt and equity securities. This area of her practice has a particular focus in the agricultural and natural resource industries. Her practice also includes the acquisition and securitization of lottery receivables by institutional investors, intercreditor issues and general corporate matters.
