Nicole B. Stach joined the firm as an associate from Miller Alfano & Raspanti. She focuses her practice on commercial disputes.
In General. White attending the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, Nicole served as an executive board member of the Moot Court Association and as vice chancellor of the National Sutherland Cup Competition. She interned for the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and at the Federal Communications Commission.
Nicole also served as the lead articles editor for the CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy, in which she published Wireless Local Number Portability and Its Effect on Competition: Can There Be Too Much of a Good Thing? After law school, Nicole was a clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Dych of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Nicole is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. She volunteers her time with the Southeastern Pennsylvania chapter of Big Brother/Big Sister and the American Cancer Society. |
