Business Litigation

Ms. Westbrook is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group and focuses on complex civil litigation on behalf of corporations and individuals before both state and federal courts. She has substantial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex business litigation involving securities fraud, stock market manipulation, fraud, illegality, and class actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Westbrook clerked for the busiest trial court in the United States. During her clerkship, she assisted the Court in drafting novel legal precedent and policy decisions. Ms. Westbrook has substantial exposure to federal trial court and a solid working knowledge of the practices of the federal judiciary.

DISTINCTIONS

Ms. Westbrook earned the distinction as a Colorado Rising Star for 2009.
