Dr. Loebel holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, and Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering, all from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA. Dr. Loebel spent four years with Eli Lilly, a major pharmaceutical and medical products manufacturing company from 1985 - 1989. During this time, he worked in medical instrument systems design and business planning. Dr. Loebel has been involved with the development of the Company's electromagnetic and electrostatic dual-axis scanners for several years as well as consulting to several local and national corporations in the biomedical and optical engineering fields. |
