Mr. Budhai is Executive Director of Federal Solutions for CTi. He is responsible for the program management of one of CTi's largest Federal clients. Mr. Budhai has leveraged his ten years of IT experience to deliver improved IT services and solutions. His leadership in business process management has helped CTi clients to realign their business processes to successfully manage, deliver and support their IT services. During his tenure at the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Public Affairs, Mr. Budhai has helped to transform the Division of Enterprise Communications by implementing ongoing strategic planning and business process realignment. Mr. Budhai has been instrumental in establishing a robust project management office (PMO) to realize enhanced alignment of cost, schedule, resources, quality and overall performance. Mr. Budhai is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), a certified ITIL professional and a certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA). He is also a recipient of the U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Appreciation Award from the Assistant Secretary of Labor, April 2006. |
