Nicholas Bolton has over 25 years' experience in the HR software and services industry. He set up HRM Software as a management buy out from Control Data in 1986. Prior to joining Control Data, Nick was managing director at Planning and Research Systems Ltd, a market research and business strategy consultancy. His early career was in merchant banking.
He graduated with first class honours in Engineering from Trinity College, Cambridge and obtained his masters in Business Administration from the London Business School.
Following the merger with Cezanne Software in 2006, Nicholas was appointed a Director and is a member of the board. |
