Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and general management to Codefast. Prior to joining Codefast, Nick was senior vice president for corporate development at Rational Software. Nick joined Rational in 1992 when it was a private company with $35 million in revenues and helped build the company to 3,500 employees and $650 million in revenues. His role at Rational included leading the team that acquired several key companies and technologies instrumental to Rational's drive to success, including Verdix Corporation, the Rational Rose product line, and Pure Atria, the developer of ClearCase.In 1999, Nick was a founding executive of Catapulse Software, the leader in Internet-based software development solutions, where he ran the field sales department. Catapulse was sold to Rational Software for $612 million in 2001 and Nick rejoined the Rational executive team until Rational was sold to IBM in 2003. Prior to Rational, Nick held various sales and marketing positions at Ingres Corporation and AT&T. |
