Nick Bennett joins Intellicom as a HelpDesk Technician. In this position, he is responsible for troubleshooting customers' technical questions over the telephone or via remote network connection. Nick prides himself in his general troubleshooting and problem solving skills as well as his ability to communicate effectively with all types of customers. Nick anticipates graduating in May of 2008 from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution. Prior to coming to Intellicom, Nick worked as a Lab Technician for the College of Education on the campus of UNK. In this position, Nick was responsible for general troubleshooting and repair as well as supporting end-users. When not working or attending classes, Nick enjoys wakeboarding, staying current on technology and spending time with friends |
