Nick A. Caporella has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since the Company was founded in 1985. He also served as President until September 2002. Mr. Caporella served as President and Chief Executive Officer (since 1976) and Chairman of the Board (since 1979) of Burnup & Sims Inc. until March 11, 1994. Since January 1, 1992, Mr. Caporella’s services are provided to the Company through Corporate Management Advisors, Inc. (the Management Company), a company which he owns. |
