Nicholas Rockecharlie, Vice President and CFO, founded Rockecharlie & Co., an investment banking firm, in 1979. Rockecharlie has sponsored or arranged a variety of transactions, including management buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions and private equity placements. Rockecharlie & Co. was the first group to transfer technology out of Baylor College of Medicine into a limited partnership, ELISA Research Ltd., to finance development of technology created by a world leader in virology. Prior to forming Rockecharlie & Co. he was vice president of Charter New York Leasing Corporation and a vice president of Commercial Credit Capital Corporation where he was responsible for institutional sales of equity and debt interests in leveraged leases. Since 2004 Rockecharlie concurrently served as CFO and Director of Impex Group Holdings L.P., a leading national distributor of flexible packaging films. Rockecharlie holds degrees from Loyola College in Maryland (BS Mathematics) and from The Johns Hopkins University (Master of Administrative Science). He completed the US ARMY Infantry Officer Candidate Program at Ft. Benning, GA. and served with the 52nd Signal Battalion in the Republic of Vietnam. |
