Nicholas Hendon practices in the Corporate Practice Group in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Nick concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate transactions and securities, representing businesses and private equity funds. He advises clients on issues relating to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Nick's securities law practice includes the preparation of (i) documents related to securities offerings, (ii) periodic reports, such as proxy statements, and annual reports to shareholders, and (iii) 1934 SEC filings for public companies, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, and filings for officers, directors and major shareholders of reporting companies.
Prior to entering law school, Nick was an Information Technology Analyst with Deere & Company.
