Partner Patton Boggs. Prior to joining Patton Boggs Mr. Allard chaired the government relations group at Latham & Watkins LLP. He served as Administrative Assistant and Chief of Staff to Senator Patrick Moynihan from 1986 to 1987; from 1984 to 1986 he was Minority Staff Counsel to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, where he served as legal counsel to Senator Edward Kennedy. Mr. Allard is a prolific author on telecommunications, health and legislative issues. Mr. Allard also teaches at both George Mason University Law School and the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. As a Rhodes Scholar he is the secretary of the Maryland/DC selection committee for Rhodes Scholarships. Mr. Allard is a graduate of Princeton and Oxford Universities. |
