Mr. Newlin has nearly ten years experience in banking, with an emphasis on advising private, middle market businesses in mergers and acquisitions transactions. His transaction experience includes acquisitions and target searches, sales and divestitures, leveraged recapitalizations and buyouts, and corporate restructuring advisory. Mr. Newlin has advised dozens of companies in a broad range of industries, including heavy construction/aggregates, consumer products and services, plastics and packaging, recreational vehicles and general manufacturing.Mr. Newlin holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with emphases in finance and accounting, and a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in economics and psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to attending business school, he was a credit analyst at Corus Bank, a Chicago-based commercial bank.Mr. Newlin is a registered General Securities Representative (Series 7) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24).
