Description of Practice:
Nicholas is an associate in the firm's Orange County litigation group. Nicholas has practiced in numerous areas of law, including antitrust, health care, products liability, employment, and complex commercial litigation. He has represented a wide variety of clients, from financial institutions and health care organizations, to semiconductor companies and technology startups.
Nicholas is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the Central District of California and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Educational History:
Nicholas received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2003 from Boston University, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He is the sole recipient of the 2003 Dr. Ordonaux prize, the highest award given by the School of Law. In 2000, Nicholas received his B.A. in philosophy, magna cum laude, from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, where he was awarded the Alumni Academic Achievement Award. |
