Mr. Braun has valuation experience related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans, estate and gift tax valuation matters, financial reporting and other valuation purposes. Mr. Braun is proficient in the analysis of public market guideline companies, merger and acquisition markets and evaluating industry and economic conditions that impact a company's operations. Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Braun was employed as an intern at a regional financial planning firm where he reported directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Director of Investments. His duties included asset allocation research, as well as the analysis and monitoring of client plan implementation processes and timelines. In addition to his internship experience, Mr. Braun served as the student representative to the University Budgeting Committee and as a student liaison to the Board of Trustees Audit/Finance Committee for the 2006-2007 academic year at the University of St. Thomas. Mr. Braun holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and economics, from the University of St. Thomas. |
