Nick Anthony is the vice president and general tax counsel for Trane (formerly American Standard Companies). He joined the company in May 2000.
Previously, Nick served as chief tax officer for Crompton Corporation, a Fortune 500 multinational firm, where he oversaw the merger of its tax department with that of Crompton and Knowles. Prior to joining Crompton, Nick spent six years with the General Motors Corporation as assistant general tax counsel. He was also senior tax counsel for Exxon Corporation and an associate attorney with New York-based law firm Dewey Ballantine early in his career.
Nick is a graduate of Boston College and received an MBA in finance from Babson College in Massachusetts. He was awarded a juris doctorate from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and a Masters of Laws degree from New York University |
