Nestor has completed assignments for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Presidents, General Managers and Country Leaders for positions based throughout Latin America. He has assisted clients in recruiting senior general management responsible for operations and functions such as marketing, sales, finance, manufacturing, technology, and human resources. His clients include leading Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 organizations, regional groups and private owned companies. Previously Nestor was with Heidrick & Struggles, serving as Area Managing Partner in Latin America. Earlier, he was one of the founders of a regional executive search firm, which was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 1996. A former executive with global consumer goods companies, Nestor’s corporate experience includes being President and General Manager of American Cyanamid Co.’s Venezuelan subsidiaries. While with Colgate Palmolive subsidiary Helena Rubinstein Inc., he was General Manager Venezuela and Finance Director of the Western Hemisphere. Nestor began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., holding positions in the Buenos Aires and Caracas offices. Nestor holds a Public Accountant diploma from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has been recognized as one of the world’s outstanding executive recruiters in "The Global 200 Executive Recruiters," a book by Dr. Nancy Garrison-Jenn.
