Most recently Mr. Head was President of IMS Companies, LLC a holding company overseeing business units manufacturing robotically machine gears, wire harnesses, custom cables, stamped metal parts and sheet metal enclosures. Prior to IMS, Mr. Head co-founded Parson Group, a start-up finance and accounting consulting firm that was named the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in 2000 by Inc . magazine. Mr. Head served as Vice President of The Hirsh Company and has held various positions in banking and private equity. He received an undergraduate degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Management from the J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |
