Nelson Chandler concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment litigation, commercial litigation and class actions. He represents clients in a wide range of other practice areas as well, including professional negligence defense and business torts. Mr. Chandler also has experience in both state and federal courts, including trial and motions practice and appellate advocacy. Mr. Chandler is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has conducted seminars and other presentations on employment law.
