Neil McLeod joined Island at its inception and is Vice President of Real Estate Investment & Finance. Prior to joining Island, Mr. McLeod was a Vice President at Insignia Financial Services, Inc., where he worked entirely on Insignia’s securitized real estate debt funds. Mr. McLeod has 20 years of commercial real estate investment experience including positions at such Financial Institutions as Travelers Insurance, Bank of America and J.E. Robert Companies. Mr. McLeod has extensive syndication, structuring, loan origination, loan workout and asset management experience. His current responsibilities are focused on real estate acquisitions, CMBS bond acquisitions, equity investments and portfolio surveillance of Island’s securitized real estate debt funds. Mr. McLeod holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master of Arts in Real Estate from the University of Florida. |
