Neil Keller, shareholder of Kolb+Co., has been in public practice since 1994. He has experience working with closely held businesses in the areas of tax, business valuations and consulting. Neil uses his expertise to assist clients in making sound financial decisions such as choosing the most favorable ownership structure and buying or selling a business.
