Mr. Silver was born in Detroit, Michigan, January 5, 1960; admitted to bar, 1985, Michigan, U. S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. He holds a B.A., with honors, from Michigan State University (1982); and his J.D, with honors, from the University of Detroit (1985). He was former in-house counsel with Sterling Bank from 1985-1990 and NBD Bank from 1990-1995.
