Ned L. Nurick is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on public and private securities offerings, securities regulation, and acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ned was an associate in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Ned earned his bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and his J.D. in 2004 from Villanova University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Symposium of the Villanova Law Review. Before law school, Ned served as Director of Research and Deputy Speechwriter to Governor George E. Pataki. |
