Neal has 15 years of staffing industry experience. His career has focused on increasing revenues and market share through staffing strategy and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives. Through his consulting company, Hire Wisdom Inc., he helps firms with their contingent labor programs through process, innovation and technology. In addition, he helps staffing firms develop their sales, marketing and technology strategies.

Most recently Neal was Senior Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Support Services at Kineticom, Inc., which was named the fastest growing U.S. staffing company in 2005 by Staffing Industry Analysts. Neal was charged with maintaining Kineticom's forward momentum and bringing the appropriate resources to bear against opportunities and threats. Neal's prior experience is rich and broad, encompassing most recently an almost decade long ride with Robert Half International (NYSE: RHI). There, his accomplishments included helping grow business divisions from the ground up; launching the company's internal and external web presence; and, prior to his departure, serving as the Director of Technology Innovation, supervising technology innovations and advancements to achieve efficiency and growth in both front and back office processes. |
