Mr. Massand's practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation. He has been involved in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial and post-trial practice. His experience includes patent and trademark litigation, contract litigation, employment litigation, and patent and trademark prosecution.
Mr. Massand is a Registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. While in law school, he was co-managing editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal.

Assisted in litigation involving the breach of a multi-million dollar securitization agreement
Assisted in litigation related to breaches of contract in the hospitality industry
Assisted in oil and gas litigation involving a dispute between non-operating royalty interest owners and operators

Successfully defended a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action at trial
