Mr. Starnes joined Moffatt Thomas as an associate in the Boise office in 2007. His current practice focuses primarily upon litigation in the areas of products liability, legal malpractice, construction/contract disputes, employment law, and general insurance defense. Prior to joining Moffatt Thomas, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Darla S. Williamson, District Judge, Fourth Judicial District of Idaho.Mr. Starnes received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a Business Management minor from Brigham Young University, and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006, where he graduated cum laude.During law school, he was Articles Editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, and a member of the Gonzaga Moot Court Honor Council and represented Gonzaga in the Jessup Appellate Moot Court competition. Mr. Starnes is a member of the Idaho State Bar, and the Litigation and Young Lawyer's Sections of the Idaho State Bar. He is also a member of the American Inn of Court No. 130.Mr. Starnes interests include golf, water sports and coaching his sons' baseball teams. |
