Nathan'S primary focus is litigation with an emphasis on bankruptcy and preference avoidance, appropriation, business, commercial and utilities litigation.
Nathan has represented state administrative departments, municipalities, utility and energy companies, steel companies, insurance, mortgage and banking clients in both civil litigation and commercial transactions.
Nathan is a member of the American, Federal, Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations, American Mensa and ATLA. He received his degrees in history and sociology from Kent State University in 1993 and his juris doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1999, summa cum laude. Nathan joined Calfee in 2002. |
