Natalie Taaffe , a resident of Los Altos, is the Executive Vice President and Construction Lending Manager. She brings with her over 20 years experience of lending on all types of construction projects.
Prior to April 2001, she served as Construction Loan Group Manager with Bank of Altos where she tripled that bank's construction loan portfolio in a four-year period. Before joining Bank of Los Altos in 1996, Natalie spent two years at The Pacific Bank in Burlingame (formerly Burlingame Bank and Trust), where she served as Construction Loan Group Manager and Credit Administrator. In addition, Natalie was a voting member of the Director's and Officer's Loan Committees and the Chair of the Banks Special Assets Committee.
From 1992 to 1996, Natalie was employed as Construction Loan Officer at Cupertino National Bank, where she was responsible for origination and monitoring of the bank's real estate construction loans. From 1987 to 1992, she was the Note Department Manager at Cupertino National Bank.
Natalie is currently an associate member of the Home Builders Association of Northern California. |
