Natalie Perdue is Vice President of Marketing where she is responsible for all aspects of Knowledge Infusion marketing including branding and awareness, public relations, events, lead generation, and co-marketing activities. She has over 10 years of experience in the HR and technology industry. From 1997 to 2005, Natalie held a variety of marketing roles at PeopleSoft, most recently as Sr. Product Marketing Manager in the Human Capital Management division. In addition to responsibilities for HCM advertising, and global product marketing, she focused on Learning Management, Performance Management, and Workforce Performance Solutions. Here she drove positioning and programs that launched the most successful and fastest growing product lines. Prior to four years in the HCM division, Natalie held roles in PeopleSoft Corporate Marketing, focusing on execution of integrated marketing programs with internal business units and partners.
Before moving into high tech marketing, Natalie served as an HR practitioner, spending 3 years managing HR functions for the University of California at both the Los Angeles and Berkeley campuses. Natalie graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a specialization in Business Administration from UCLA. |
