Natalie Cedeno joined FriendFinder Inc. in August 2001. As the Director of Human Resources, Natalie has been instrumental in formalizing the company's structure and policies. Natalie is also responsible for the Customer Service Department and the in-house legal function.
Before coming to FriendFinder, Natalie was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Employeeservice.com, a national Human Resources company with 6,500 leased employees throughout the United States. Before Employeeservice.com, Natalie was the Human Resources Associate for the largest non-profit agency in Northern California.
Natalie served in the US Army for 8 years and served during Desert Storm. She was stationed overseas while finishing her education at the University of Maryland, Munich Extension majoring in Criminology with a minor in Military Science.
