Natalia Rusin, R.D., joined the CulinArt corporate team in January 2006. As the company’s culinary development and nutrition specialist, she is responsible for all nutrition programs. Rusin brings to CulinArt a dual background in the fields of nutrition and food service. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s culinary and culinary nutrition programs, she continued her education at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center while working as a personal chef for clients with specific nutritional requirements. With her food service and clinical experience, Rusin has extensive knowledge of healthy/nutritious foods and their preparation. Rusin is involved in the development and implementation of CulinArt’s food programs and the training of unit operating personnel. She has been instrumental in the development of CulinArt’s Fresh & Healthy program, which continues to expand in CulinArt’s education and corporate accounts. She also provides personal dietary counseling to several CulinArt clients. In addition, Rusin provides oversight to ensure compliance with state and federally regulated food programs. |
