Natalia is the chief legal officer of Huron and a member of the management team.
For more than 23 years in private practice before joining Huron Natalia represented clients in securities and corporate matters mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Her practice has also involved advising clients regarding compliance with securities laws and corporate governance.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron from 1999 to 2004 Natalia was a principal in the Corporate Securities and Tax Group at Goldberg Kohn Bell Black Rosenbloom & Moritz Ltd. From 1984 to 1999 Natalia practiced at the law firm of Jenner & Block first as an associate and later as a partner in the Corporate Group.
