Natalia Garrett focuses her practice on resolution of commercial and real estate disputes. She has experience in defending insurance, products liability, legal malpractice, and class action litigation, and in handling appellate process. Her interests include every aspect of business litigation: from assisting clients on how to start their business ventures, resolve licensing/administrative agency issues, safeguard property rights, draft and enforce contractual agreements, protect reputation and business relationships, to advising clients on how to be successful in litigation once it becomes inevitable.
Ms. Garrett obtained her first law degree in Russia and brings a unique prospective to many issues encountered in legal practice. Prior to obtaining her second law degree in the United States, she explored other fields by working in health care as well as continuing her academic pursuits. Ms. Garrett also worked as a legal assistant and paralegal in personal injury and family law areas of practice. As a result, she has extensive experience of working with clients in a law firm setting and familiarity with various court practices.
