Naomi Carry's practice focuses on consumer financial services litigation, class action defense and other representation of financial services clients.
A native of the United Kingdom, Ms. Carry also has substantial experience in business, entertainment and sports law, as well as a wide variety of commercial litigation matters.

Representation of financial institutions, including depository institutions, mortgage lenders, and finance companies in connection with consumer protection claims.
Defense of banks and mortgage companies in Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) putative class actions arising out of prescreened offers of credit
Compliance advice relating to the FCRA
Representation of financial and depository institutions in litigation, trial and other matters involving creditor's rights, including UCC secured transactions, unsecured financing, commercial loan workouts, lender liability defense, loan and guaranty enforcement, receiverships, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Workout of a construction subcontractor's real estate development loan (pertaining to a large residential dwelling construction project undertaken by Lennar).
Workouts of numerous commercial asset-based lending agreements, including loans made to technology companies and auto parts suppliers.
Workouts of real estate loans (for apartment buildings), some of which resulted in real estate receiverships.
Litigation of numerous business, entertainment, and sports matters, including defense of shareholder derivative actions, tortious interference claims, contract and licensing disputes, malicious prosecution actions, unfair business practices claims brought under California Business and Professions Code section 17200, and Lanham Act claims for trademark infringement and false advertising.
Insurance coverage litigation on behalf of insureds relating to CGL policies.
