Description of Practice:
Nancy Lundeen is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office where she practices real estate law. Ms. Lundeen is skilled in the full range of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate, real estate finance, commercial leasing (including retail, office and industrial leasing) and loan workouts. Her clients range from large institutional clients to small companies, and include both landlords and tenants, purchasers and sellers, and lenders and borrowers. One of Ms. Lundeen's specialties is the representation of the originating lender in conduit mortgage loan transactions.
Ms. Lundeen is currently the President of Women In Real Estate (W.I.R.E.). She served as a Co-Chair of the Real Estate Finance Subsection of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California from 2000 through 2005. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Lundeen is also a member of the Real Property Law and Business Sections of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. She has been a member of the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association since 1992 and has arbitrated numerous real estate disputes. Ms. Lundeen has served as a panelist on the annual CEB course on Recent Developments in Real Property Law since 2001. She was named as a Super Lawyer in Northern California in 2006.

Ms. Lundeen received her B.A. from Stanford University, Phi Beta Kappa, with Distinction, in 1975 and her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1978. |
