Nancy Loucks is executive vice president and head of enterprise risk management and responsible for oversight of the credit, operational, fiduciary and market risks for all business units worldwide. Leading a team of professionals across a range of risk management specialties, Ms. Loucks issues corporate risk guidance (such as the Credit and Counterparty Risk Policy Statement, Guidelines and Risk Approval Authorities and Operational Risk Policy Statement and Guidelines) and designs and implements risk management programs such as key risk indicators, new product review and self assessments.
Ms. Loucks joined State Street in 1980 and has made significant contributions in the company's banking and structured products businesses and in the corporate risk management function. She chairs State Street 's Major Risk Committee, Fiduciary Review Committee, and Securities Finance Risk Management Committee.
Ms. Loucks is a Board member of State Street Bank and Trust Company of New Hampshire and Harvard-Radcliffe interviewer for the Boston Public Schools.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia, Colgate Darden School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Harvard College.
