Nancy has served as a board member of Fort Knox National Company since April 2005. She has spent 20 years in the financial services industry with experience covering general management, strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, payment operations, and fraud and risk management. Nancy is the CEO of Fides Inc., a privately held company providing centralized information reporting in the credit industry. Previously, she served as president of Payment Systems for Wausau Financial Systems, a major supplier of point-of-presentment and remittance-processing solutions to the financial services industry. Prior to joining Wausau, she was President of Billeo, Inc., a silicon valley based consumer e-commerce bill management technology company. Prior to joining Billeo she ran her own consulting company, Langer & Company, and served as President of Global Consulting for Carreker Corporation, Dallas, TX. Previously, she launched and ran the E-Finance division of Metavante Corporation which included the launch and growth of the electronic payments and presentment business, growing it to over 2,000 financial institutions and $100 million in revenue. Nancy is also an advisory board member of Billeo, Inc., Cupertino, Ca., and holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin/Eau Claire. |
