Nancy Konieczki joined Carlyle Group in June, 2000. She is currently a Vice President in the Real Estate Practice. Nancy’s primary responsibilities include identifying and qualifying executive level talent for search engagements for a wide spectrum of commercial real estate clients nationwide. Nancy has extensive experience with owners, investors and developers, publicly traded REITs, lenders, and REIT securities investors. In addition, she supports the Managing Directors of the firm in maintaining and expanding Carlyle Group's client relationships. Nancy has completed search assignments across a wide array of functional disciplines including, portfolio management, investment analysis, acquisitions, development, accounting/finance and property management. Nancy's functional recruiting expertise includes mid to senior level executives. Prior to Carlyle Group, Nancy spent five years as a Recruiter with A.T. Kearney, a Global Management Consulting Firm. Nancy's primary responsibilities included recruiting for the firm's general and financial services practices. Nancy has been active with many real estate industry specific organizations and conferences including, Chicago Real Estate Woman (CREW), Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC), Chicago Real Estate Organization (CREO), America’s Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) and National Association of Building Owners and Managers (BOMA). Nancy received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University. |
