Nancy, co-founder, serves as Chief Safety Officer, managing DayJet's Safety Management Program that promotes best practices philosophies and a safety culture to ensure the company's goals of safety, regulatory conformity, efficiency, and excellence are achieved. She directs the development, implementation and audit of policies, plans, goals, and standards companywide including occupational safety and environmental enforcement. In her role as senior vice president customer operations, Nancy is responsible for the delivery of DayJet's Customer Care Program and deployment, staffing and people management of all field operations. Nancy, together with Ed, co-founded Wingedfoot Services, LLC in 1999 and served as its chief executive officer, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and guided the team through the FAA certification process to obtain its air carrier certificate in July 2005. Nancy built and established Wingedfoot Services as one of the country's premier mid- and long-range business jet charter service providers. A seasoned executive with a wide range of technology and telecommunications management experience across start-up and Fortune 500 organizations, she founded a startup ISDN company, American Communication Sciences, Inc., that designed worldwide voice-data networks for Fortune 500 companies. Nancy was recruited and served as the telecommunications senior architect for the IBM-Blockbuster joint venture, Fairway Technologies, where she co-authored patents for digital distribution networks. She studied business management and administration at Florida State University. |
