Nancy Hilker is responsible for all aspects of Danger's finance and administrative operations. Nancy brings over 20 years of financial experience in managing rapidly expanding technology companies. Nancy has been our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2006, and served as our Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from August 2002 to November 2006. Prior to joining us, Nancy was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Liberate Technologies, a software for information appliances company, where she served in various positions from August 1997 to August 2002. Prior to joining Liberate Technologies, Nancy served as Vice President and Secretary of Navio, Inc., an information appliances company, from July 1996 until NavioÕs acquisition by Liberate in August 1997. Prior to Liberate, Nancy served in a number of positions at IntelliCorp from 1991 to 1996, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Prior to that, Nancy was a senior manager and manufacturing and high-technology specialist in the emerging business services group of Deloitte and Touche LLP. Nancy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
